MUDBOUND/WHEN SHE WOKE/ANONYMOUS SEX by Hillary Jordan
Writer and 2007 resident Hillary Jordan has generously donated the following in a signed book collection:
A signed paperback of my first novel, MUDBOUND, a gripping story about race and family set in the post-WWII Mississippi Delta. The novel won the PEN/Bellwether Prize for Socially Engaged Fiction and was made into an Oscar-nominated film.
A signed paperback of my second novel, WHEN SHE WOKE, about a dystopian America of the future (at least, it was supposed to be the future) where abortion is illegal and people are literally “colored” to match their crimes. Paperback.
A signed paperback of my first anthology, ANONYMOUS SEX, a collection of erotic tales by 27 award-winning writers including myself, in which none of the stories are attributed. Can you guess who wrote what? This book isn’t for sale till February 1, so you’ll have one of the first copies—either a galley or, if I can get one in time, the official paperback.
All three lovingly inscribed to you or the person of your choice by yours truly.
* IF the bidding goes over $250, all three books will be in hardcover (see second image).
* IF over $500, all will be 1st American hardcover editions in Very Fine condition…and those are very rare for WHEN SHE WOKE and especially MUDBOUND. (see third image)
