Strengths & Strategy Team Development Workshop

In this 3 hour workshop, your facilitator Ellie Scarf, the Founder and CEO of Lucent Global, will take you and up to 25 team members through the science of positive psychology and strengths based development.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn about their own performance strengths (using an evidence based assessment) as well as how to spot strengths in others.

You will have a chance to learn about each other through the lens of strengths, which can shine new light on understanding differences in style and approaches to communication and conflict.

We then link strengths and strategy by mapping team strengths and considering how these strengths help or hinder achievement of your strategic priorities.

This workshop can be delivered in person in Perth, or online if you have a geographically diverse team.

The workshop is able to be scheduled at a mutually convenient time until the end of 2022, it would make a great financial year kick off session with your team.
