Western Australian artist Emma Blyth is well known for her bright, vibrant creations that reflect the true beauty of the Australian landscape, from the rugged outback to the picturesque beaches of the south west.
My fun and simplistic style of art stems from my love of life on the road. There is nothing like camping on a river under a boab tree surrounded by brolgas, bush turkeys & cockatoos. Whistling kites hovering in the smoke of our campfire. Barramundi jumping as my man catches a mud crab and cooks it on the coals for dinner.
I love capturing the simplicity of life in this unique part of our country on canvas.
I am so proud to have achieved my long term dream of having a gallery in Broome.
I have been travelling to the Kimberley for the past 20 years, exhibiting my own artwork in various galleries and exhibitions as well as Artist residencies at Cable Beach Club.
So excited to now have my own space which also incorporates other local artists.
