"Is it Over Yet?" by Joyce Ellen Weinstein

Artist Joyce Ellen Weinstein, who visits BMC once a decade (1989, 2009, 2019), has donated "Is it Over Yet?". “Is It Over Yet” is a hand pulled, limited edition, linoleum block
print. The image size of the triptych is 6” x 14” and the paper
size is 14” x 22” printed on Rives BFK paper.

The below is taken from the artist statement: 

This work, “Is It Over Yet? “ is my response to the Covid 19 pandemic and the political situation that has developed and
escalated around the pandemic. I have been mystified as well as horrified by the blindness to the pain and sometimes death
of ones fellow humans related to the Covid. The figures in the work are wearing blindfolds instead of masks illustrating my
point of view. The central figure whose one hand is open and the other closed in a fist is a gesture of dismay. She is asking the question, “Is it Over Yet?”
